Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the items ordered. Any estimated delivery dates provided are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Items that have been ordered on backorder will be made to order. The estimated timeframe displayed on the product page.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable in the event of a return (unless the item is faulty).

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding original delivery fees).

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
• The cost of return delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exclusions

• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturer’s fault or defect.
• Items that are returned damaged, used, or outside the 14-day period may not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
